What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for PhD AI/ML roles, including full-time positions and internships. You will define and refine the recruiting process to ensure it is scalable and efficient, while also being a competitive differentiator for Roblox. You will partner with the engineering teams to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies that attract the best talent. You will create and implement programs that enhance the candidate experience and promote Roblox as an employer of choice in the AI/ML space. Additionally, you will analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive better outcomes. You will represent Roblox at career fairs and networking events, showcasing the company's mission and culture to potential candidates.
