What you'll do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will support and redefine Roblox's source code search, storage, review, and CI infrastructure. You will work closely with the Engineering Efficiency team to design software that enhances the lives of your coworkers and improves the overall development experience. Your role will involve transforming development practices at Roblox, ensuring that the tools and systems in place are scalable and efficient for the next decade of growth.
You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the development workflow and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. Your work will have a direct impact on the productivity of over 2000 Roblox teammates, enabling them to create and ship incredible virtual experiences. You will collaborate with other engineers to gather feedback and iterate on tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the team.
