What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Developer Monetization team, you will lead projects that have the highest economic impact and visibility within Roblox. You will develop systems that our creators use to optimize their pricing strategies, ensuring they can provide personalized offers with minimal effort. Your work will directly empower millions of creators to make a living within Roblox, allowing them to explore their creativity and connect with their audience.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build applications that enhance the creator experience. Your role will involve analyzing user feedback and data to continuously improve the systems you develop. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their careers.
