What you'll do
As an Internal Communications Coordinator at Roku, you will play a vital role in ensuring that employees are informed and engaged with the company's business priorities and culture. You will work closely with the Director of Executive Communications and Employee Engagement, as well as the Senior Manager of Engineering Communications, to develop and implement communication strategies that resonate with employees. Your responsibilities will include crafting messages, coordinating communication initiatives, and ensuring that information is disseminated in a timely and relevant manner. You will also be involved in gathering feedback from employees to continuously improve communication efforts and foster a positive workplace culture.
