Who you are
You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in identity and access management (IAM) and securing cloud environments, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. Your deep expertise in Azure Entra ID allows you to enhance Zero-Trust architectures effectively. You possess a strong automation mindset, designing, scripting, and building repeatable workflows that streamline processes and improve security. You are adept at communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that all stakeholders understand the importance of IAM practices.
Desirable
Experience with other identity management solutions and cloud security frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to IAM will further enhance your candidacy. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive standardization initiatives across the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will enhance Roku's Zero-Trust architecture by implementing best practices in identity and access management. You will drive standardization initiatives to ensure consistent IAM practices across the organization. Your primary focus will be on optimizing Roku's Microsoft-centric identity platform, ensuring it meets the needs of a geographically distributed workforce. You will collaborate with various teams to identify and address IAM challenges, providing solutions that enhance security and user experience.
You will also be responsible for designing and implementing automation workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention in IAM processes. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts will be crucial as you work with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on IAM strategies. You will monitor and assess the effectiveness of IAM solutions, making recommendations for improvements based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
