What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Ad Serving team at Roku, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of our advertising platforms. You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the Ad Mediation area, ensuring that our systems are scalable and capable of handling the demands of a rapidly growing ad business. You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.

You will oversee the engineering processes, ensuring best practices are followed in software development and deployment. Your role will involve setting clear objectives for your team, conducting performance reviews, and providing mentorship to help your team members achieve their career goals. You will also be involved in architectural discussions, making decisions that will shape the future of Roku’s advertising technology.
