Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in data onboarding and integration. You understand the complexities of managing advertiser and partner data and have a proven track record of driving product strategy and execution. Your analytical mindset allows you to translate data into actionable insights that enhance product offerings.
You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales. You are adept at stakeholder management and can communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your experience in the advertising or streaming industry is a plus, as it gives you a unique perspective on user engagement and monetization strategies.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Roku, you will own the end-to-end onboarding and integration layer for advertiser and partner data. This involves developing scalable onboarding patterns that enhance targeting, measurement, optimization, reporting, and reconciliation processes. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that the integration processes are seamless and efficient.
You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and KPIs for the onboarding process, ensuring that the team meets its goals and delivers value to advertisers. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand the needs of advertisers and partners, allowing you to refine the onboarding experience continually.
In addition, you will lead product roadmapping efforts, prioritizing features based on user feedback and market trends. You will work with marketing teams to communicate new features and enhancements to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on product goals and timelines.
