What you'll do

As a Seasonal Hospitality Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of Roofstock's short-term rental business. You will work closely with the STR team to ensure that all aspects of the guest experience are managed effectively, from onboarding to ongoing support. Your responsibilities will include coordinating guest communications, managing bookings, and ensuring that properties are well-maintained and meet the expectations of both owners and guests.

You will also assist in developing processes that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the STR business unit. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to gather feedback and implement improvements that drive guest satisfaction and owner ROI.
