What you'll do

As a Software Engineer at Rover.com, you will be a core contributor to our platform, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop features that enhance user experience. You will tackle complex technical challenges and work on building scalable solutions that support our growing community of pet sitters and dog walkers. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

You will also have the opportunity to engage in agile development practices, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. Your insights will help shape the technical direction of our projects, and you will be encouraged to share your ideas and innovations with the team. You will play a key role in ensuring that our platform remains reliable and user-friendly, directly impacting the lives of pet owners and sitters alike.
