What you'll do

In this role, you will provide day-to-day Salesforce support and bug fixes to end users, acting as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries. You will support the customer support team during PST hours, ensuring that all Salesforce needs are addressed promptly. Your responsibilities will include assisting users with data extractions, reports, KPIs, and dashboards, as well as performing unit testing for bug fixes to maintain system integrity.

You will monitor and maintain ongoing system integrations between Salesforce and other upstream and downstream applications, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Collaborating with third-party vendors, you will provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Your role is crucial in championing the use of Salesforce within the organization, helping to drive business processes and enhance employee experience.
