You have a strong background in product strategy and operations, with a focus on designing processes that enhance efficiency without adding unnecessary complexity. You understand the importance of creating intuitive systems that allow teams to work effectively and are skilled at partnering with leadership to align operational strategies with high-level visions. Your experience includes building and maintaining tooling infrastructures that support product execution at scale, ensuring that processes feel like helpful guidelines rather than restrictive barriers. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve common goals.
What you'll do
