What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product strategy for Rubrik's Cloud Data Protection offerings, identifying opportunities for market expansion and innovation. You will partner with the Business Line Leader to define and bring to life differentiated solutions that address customer needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing competitive landscapes to inform product development.
You will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that your team is aligned and empowered to deliver on the vision. As you grow in this role, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking product performance to ensure that your strategies are effective and impactful.
