What you'll do
As an Implementation Consultant at Samsara, you will be responsible for guiding Mid-Market customers through the deployment and adoption of our IoT solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and help them integrate our products into their operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during their onboarding process, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to maximize the value of our solutions. You will monitor customer progress and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities for additional support or resources. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Your role will be pivotal in fostering long-term relationships with customers and ensuring their continued success with Samsara's offerings.
