Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in hardware systems engineering, with a strong background in electrical engineering principles and practices. You are skilled in designing and developing hardware systems that integrate seamlessly with software solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise includes working with embedded systems and you have a solid understanding of thermals, antenna design, and component selection. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market. You are passionate about leveraging IoT data to create actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and safety.
Desirable
Experience with AutoCAD or similar design tools is a plus, as is familiarity with IoT applications in industries such as transportation, agriculture, or construction. You have a keen interest in sustainability and are motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact through technology.
What you'll do
As a Senior Hardware Systems Engineer at Samsara, you will be responsible for leading the electrical engineering aspects of product design and development.
