What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the product strategy for Samsara's Video-Based Safety solutions — you will define the roadmap and prioritize features that enhance safety for users in various industries. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that product development aligns with technical capabilities and market needs.

You will analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation — your insights will guide the development of new features and enhancements that set Samsara apart in the market. You will also work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of your products to potential customers.

You will conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions — your ability to synthesize this information will help you create solutions that resonate with users and drive adoption. You will also define success metrics and track product performance, using data to iterate and improve offerings continuously.

You will mentor and guide junior product managers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
