You have a strong background in New Product Introduction (NPI) within the hardware manufacturing space, with experience managing teams and orchestrating complex cross-functional efforts. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage risks and drive decisions that impact product cost, quality, and time to market. You are highly motivated and possess a deep understanding of the operational launch processes for cutting-edge products.

What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a team of Operations Program Managers (OPMs) to ensure the successful operational launch of Samsara's innovative products. You will be responsible for orchestrating complex cross-functional efforts, managing risks, and driving decisions that affect product cost, quality, and time to market. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through the various stages of product development, from initial concept through mass production and sustained volume.
You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any challenges that arise. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
