What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead the technical direction for the Platform team at Samsara. You will be responsible for designing and implementing foundational systems that support various product solutions, including Alerts, Workflows, Notifications, and User Management. Your leadership will enable the team to tackle increasingly complex features and customer use cases.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure that the technical architecture aligns with business goals. Your role will involve making critical decisions regarding system design and architecture, as well as guiding the team through technical challenges. You will also play a key role in code reviews and technical discussions, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the team continuously improves.
