You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in building scalable applications and systems. Your background includes a strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, allowing you to contribute effectively across the stack. You are proficient in Java and JavaScript, and have experience with frameworks such as React and Node.js, which you have used to create user-friendly interfaces and robust server-side applications. Your familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, enables you to design and implement solutions that are both efficient and scalable. You are comfortable working with databases, especially PostgreSQL, and understand how to optimize queries for performance. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to help the team grow.

Desirable

Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools is a plus, as it allows you to manage application deployment and scaling effectively. What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Fleet Security team, you will lead the design and development of innovative telematics products that enhance fleet safety and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve writing high-quality, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
