What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer II on the Route Planning team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance our customers' fleet operations. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve developing algorithms that optimize route planning, ensuring that our customers can deliver their cargo efficiently and safely. You will also be tasked with maintaining and improving existing systems, ensuring they are scalable and reliable.

You will participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
