What you'll do
As a Go Backend Engineer at Sardine, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the core infrastructure that powers our fraud prevention platform. You will work closely with the Application Platform Team to develop shared libraries and architectural standards that enhance the performance and scalability of our systems. Your role will involve deep dives into database optimization and high-load system architecture, ensuring that our platform remains robust and efficient.
You will collaborate with other engineers to define best practices for code quality and performance, conducting code reviews and providing mentorship to junior team members. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of our fraud prevention measures, helping to protect our clients from identity fraud and payment scams. You will also have the opportunity to work on innovative projects that leverage machine learning and AI technologies to enhance our platform's capabilities.
