What you'll do

In this role, you will take the lead in planning and executing high-profile events for Saronic Technologies. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring that all events align with the company's objectives and branding. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including marketing and operations, to create engaging and impactful experiences for attendees.

You will oversee the entire event process, from initial concept development to post-event evaluations. This includes securing venues, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure that all elements of the event are in place. You will also be responsible for developing event timelines and ensuring that all deadlines are met.

Your ability to engage with VIPs and key stakeholders will be critical, as you will be the primary point of contact during events. You will work to create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters meaningful connections and showcases Saronic's innovative solutions in defense autonomy at sea. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that every event is a success.
