Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) domains — you've successfully led product initiatives that drive security and compliance in enterprise SaaS platforms. Your strong product execution skills enable you to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features that enhance customer trust and operational efficiency.
You possess a deep understanding of governance and compliance capabilities, including access reviews, segregation of duties analysis, and role and entitlement management — you can translate complex requirements into simple, effective, and scalable product experiences. Your ability to think strategically and technically allows you to balance market demands with compliance mandates and platform architecture considerations.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams — you thrive in environments where you can translate user needs into actionable product features. Your strong communication skills help you articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
Experience with AI technologies and their application in identity security is a plus — you understand how to leverage AI to enhance product capabilities and improve user experiences. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools will help you navigate the product development lifecycle effectively.

In this role, you will own the product roadmap for governance and compliance capabilities within Saviynt's identity platform — you will define the vision and strategy for product initiatives that enhance security and compliance for enterprise customers. You will also engage with customers to understand their challenges and gather insights that inform product development.
