You are a strategic and hands-on operator with the ability to set direction and execute initiatives end-to-end. As an elite written communicator, you write clearly and confidently, structuring your thoughts with strong flow and persuasion. You possess high-level copywriting skills, demonstrating clarity, rhythm, and restraint in your writing. You are a quality bar setter, elevating the standard for what 'good' looks like across content and messaging. Your strong editorial judgment allows you to discern what to cut, keep, or emphasize, ensuring clarity for the reader. With an execution-first mindset, you reliably ship finished work rather than just drafts or outlines. You can seamlessly switch between craft work and operational tasks without compromising quality.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work directly with the founder of ScaleMath, helping to drive high-leverage initiatives across the business. You will be involved in various aspects of the company, including content and editorial work, partnerships, sales support, client calls, messaging, and positioning. Your ability to own work end-to-end will be crucial as you help ScaleMath move faster without lowering standards. You will be expected to maintain consistency in brand voice and ensure that all communications reflect the company's values and objectives. Your role will require you to engage with different teams and stakeholders, providing support and guidance to ensure successful project execution. You will also be responsible for identifying bottlenecks in current processes and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
