You are fluent in French, which is essential for managing French-speaking territories.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Account Manager at Scality, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-size enterprise customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that each customer renews their contracts on time while exploring opportunities to expand Scality's footprint within their organizations. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Channel managers to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are satisfied with Scality's solutions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. By leveraging your expertise, you will help customers maximize the value they receive from Scality's products and services.
