What you'll do

As the Director of Finance at Scribe, you will own the financial planning and analysis function, playing a central role in shaping how the company scales. You will be responsible for building the annual operating plan and forecasts, ensuring they remain accurate over time. This involves driving re-forecasting when necessary and helping leadership understand the trade-offs behind their choices. You will work closely with leaders across various departments to translate strategy into execution, surfacing risks and opportunities as they arise. Your role will require you to hold teams accountable to their performance metrics, ensuring that the organization operates with financial discipline. You will also be expected to develop and implement processes that enhance the financial operating rhythm of the company, enabling Scribe to make informed decisions as it doubles in size.
