You have a strong background in data science, with experience in building and validating models for information retrieval and ranking. Your expertise in natural language processing (NLP) allows you to design and implement pipelines for tasks such as classification, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a solid understanding of database technologies like BigQuery and Postgres.
You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to translate ambiguous questions into actionable insights. Your analytical mindset enables you to measure and improve the quality of AI-augmented systems effectively. You are passionate about leveraging AI technologies to drive marketing innovation and enhance user experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, prototype, and productionize models and algorithms that improve retrieval and ranking quality across web and AI-assisted surfaces.
