Overview
Secfix is hiring an Information Security Specialist to manage the security and compliance lifecycle for clients in the DACH region. You'll provide guidance and support to startups and scaleups while working in a fully remote environment. Fluency in German and English is required.

You are a fluent German and English speaker with a strong understanding of information security and compliance frameworks. You have experience working with clients to assess their security needs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. You thrive in a remote work environment and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
What you'll do
As an Information Security Specialist at Secfix, you will take ownership of the security and compliance lifecycle for our clients. You will assess their current security frameworks, provide guidance on best practices, and help them achieve compliance certifications. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with startups, scaleups, and the German Mittelstand to improve their security processes. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to contribute to the development of a new AI product, ensuring that security considerations are integrated from the outset. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization.
