You have a strong interest in the TSL (Transport, Shipping, Logistics) industry and possess excellent communication skills in both Polish (C1) and English (B2). What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for comprehensive management of transport orders, ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly. You will build and maintain positive relationships with carriers, primarily in Poland and the CEE region, negotiating rates and establishing terms of cooperation. Your role will involve solving daily operational problems and providing regular updates to clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will conduct ongoing market analysis and report your activities within the system, contributing to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain the high standards that sennder is known for. You will also be involved in documentation management, ensuring that all transport documentation is accurate and up to date.
