What you'll do

As a Junior Critical Facilities Technician, you will assist in the daily operations of our data centers, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will work closely with senior technicians to learn about the maintenance and troubleshooting of critical infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include monitoring equipment performance, conducting routine inspections, and assisting with repairs as needed.

You will be involved in implementing preventive maintenance schedules and will help document any issues that arise during your shifts. Your role will also require you to respond to alarms and alerts, ensuring that any potential issues are addressed promptly to maintain uptime.
