What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for the Core Modelling team, you will lead the development of Shapr3D's CAD engine, overseeing the creation of innovative features that enhance user experience across all platforms. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of the team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. Your role will involve mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating career development discussions to help your team grow.
