What you'll do

As the Assistant General Manager at ShipMonk, you will be responsible for managing daily operations at our fulfillment center in Pittston. You will oversee a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our ecommerce and DTC partners. Your role will involve ensuring that all processes run smoothly, from inventory management to order fulfillment.

You will work closely with other departments to implement best practices and optimize workflows. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, while also fostering a positive work environment for your team.

In addition, you will analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance productivity. You will play a key role in supporting the company's mission to revolutionize fulfillment and build long-term partnerships with our merchants.
