Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in supply chain management and logistics, with at least 5 years of experience in operations roles. Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, allowing you to manage data effectively and make informed decisions. Experience with WMS and TMS systems is preferred, as you understand the intricacies of warehouse and transportation management. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is essential, and an MBA is a plus. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about optimizing processes to drive efficiency.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Parcel Operations, you will lead the parcel operations team, ensuring that fulfillment processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance service delivery.
