What you'll do

As the Chief Technology Officer at Showpad, you will lead the transformation of the global engineering organization, ensuring that teams are aligned and executing effectively across various locations. You will drive the unification and modernization of Showpad’s multi-product estate, consolidating legacy systems into a single, scalable, cloud-first platform that leverages AI capabilities. Your role will involve establishing and executing the architectural strategy required for this migration, balancing the need for immediate customer commitments with the long-term simplification of the product landscape.

You will implement disciplined engineering processes and key performance indicators to increase development velocity and improve team performance. Your leadership will be crucial in building a high-performing global engineering organization that is capable of executing consistently across geographies. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping the technical strategy that integrates Showpad and BigTinCan’s combined assets, positioning the company for its next stage of profitable growth.
