You have 5+ years of experience in engagement management, particularly within the CPG sector, where you've developed a deep understanding of sales operations processes and performance metrics. Your expertise in analytical tools and enterprise sales enablement solutions like Salesforce, Oracle, and Zoho allows you to drive impactful business decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that meet client needs.

Your background includes hands-on experience with statistical and machine learning algorithms, enabling you to apply advanced analytics to real-world business challenges. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with C-suite executives and lead discussions on strategic initiatives. Your ability to navigate complex business problems and translate them into actionable insights is a key strength.

Desirable

Experience with cloud-based data architectures and a solid understanding of DataOps principles will set you apart. Familiarity with the latest trends in AI and predictive analytics is a plus, as is any prior experience in a fast-paced consulting environment. An active B1/B2 US Visa is also advantageous, as it may facilitate client engagements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary expert on CPG sales operations, guiding clients through the intricacies of sales strategy and performance optimization.
