You have experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer, with a strong background in managing and optimizing data models and processes. You are confident in your ability to work with various stakeholders to identify the correct data for different use cases, ensuring that data products are flexible and fit for purpose. Your expertise includes developing and maintaining ETL pipelines and data models, and you are familiar with tools like SQL, dbt, and Airflow. You have a knack for creating interactive dashboards and engaging users effectively, particularly with tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams. Your analytical mindset allows you to transform, analyze, and optimize large sets of quantitative and qualitative data. You take ownership of reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability for end-users through strong governance practices. You understand the importance of data quality and delivery methods across multiple projects, and you are committed to driving impactful business decisions through self-service analytics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines and data models. You will work closely with the Business Analytics team to design and build analytical models that cater to both premium enterprise clients and internal data users. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and maintaining interactive dashboards, leading user engagement, and ensuring that the data products you develop are pragmatic and effective. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure that the data you provide is accurate and actionable.

You will also be tasked with transforming, analyzing, and optimizing large datasets, which will require a strong command of SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau. Your role will involve taking ownership of reporting processes, ensuring that all outputs are reliable and adhere to governance standards. You will be expected to manage data quality and delivery methods across multiple projects, contributing to the overall success of the Business Analytics team.
