You have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights that drive operational efficiency. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You understand the importance of KPI governance and have experience in program management, ensuring that logistics operations align with broader business objectives.

Desirable

Experience with supply planning, transportation, and compliance is a plus. Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization software will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

In this role, you will play a central part in enhancing the Global Logistics operating model. You will be responsible for developing structured reporting mechanisms that provide strategic visibility into logistics operations. Your work will involve analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that logistics processes are efficient and effective. You will collaborate closely with teams across Supply Planning, Transportation & Compliance, and Fulfillment to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. You will also manage programs that support logistics initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of the logistics function, contributing to SimpliSafe's mission of keeping every home secure.
