What you'll do

In this role, you will own the roadmap for core platform services and firmware at SimpliSafe. You will define the foundational capabilities that support a growing ecosystem of devices and services, ensuring that every customer experience is reliable and intuitive. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development tasks, prioritizing features that deliver the most value to users.

You will conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring that the platform evolves in line with customer needs. Your responsibilities will include managing the product lifecycle from concept through launch, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies. You will also analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of the platform.
