You enjoy troubleshooting deployment failures and optimizing pipeline performance to ensure reliable releases.

You have experience with Git and understand branching strategies, which you can clearly explain to teams. Your documentation skills are top-notch, allowing you to maintain and standardize project structures effectively. You are also skilled in using tools like Ansible and Docker to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code is a plus. Familiarity with security practices in CI/CD environments will help you excel in this role. You are open to mentoring new team members and leading onboarding sessions to share your knowledge and best practices.

What you'll do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Sitetracker, you will own and evolve the Salesforce delivery ecosystem, focusing on automation and high-frequency deployments. You will design and drive a source-driven development strategy that supports multiple teams, ensuring that every release is predictable and production-ready. Your role involves building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines that validate, test, and package Salesforce metadata automatically.

You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and release stakeholders to manage package modularity and dependencies. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting complex deployment failures and improving pipeline performance to enhance release cadence. You will actively identify risks and implement preventive measures to ensure a smooth delivery process.

In addition to execution, you will influence how teams structure their repositories and manage releases. Your effective communication skills will be essential as you document CI/CD workflows and lead onboarding sessions for new teams.
