What you'll do
As the Lead Security Engineer at Skello, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. You will lead the security team in conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats to the organization. Collaborating closely with the Cloud team, you will ensure that security is embedded in all cloud operations and that best practices are followed.
You will also oversee compliance efforts, ensuring that Skello meets industry standards and regulations. This includes preparing for audits and maintaining documentation related to security policies and procedures. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the security team.
In addition, you will work with product and engineering teams to integrate security features into Skello's platform, ensuring that user data is protected and that the platform remains resilient against attacks. You will stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance Skello's security framework.
