Desirable

Experience with FAA regulations and compliance is a significant advantage, as is familiarity with Part 21 PMA and Part 145 requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization is crucial for driving initiatives and achieving strategic goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of a scalable supply chain model that supports program growth across multiple platforms. You will manage core supply chain functions, including sourcing, category management, demand planning, MRP, logistics, supplier quality, and commercial contracting. Your leadership will be instrumental in integrating supply chain inputs into product lifecycle milestones, ensuring that all processes are aligned with regulatory requirements.

You will oversee a high-accountability team across key supply chain domains, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include refining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, as well as driving day-to-day operations to ensure that the supply chain operates smoothly and meets production demands. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
