Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product analytics, where you've developed a keen understanding of user behavior and how to leverage data to influence product decisions. Your analytical thinking is sharp, and you excel at storytelling with data, making complex insights accessible to stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and strategy. Your experience includes running effective experiments and interpreting results to guide product development. You are comfortable with data analysis tools and methodologies, and you have a strong foundation in SQL and A/B testing. You understand the importance of user-centric design and are passionate about improving the user experience through data-driven insights.
Desirable
Experience in the travel industry or with non-flight verticals such as accommodations and car rentals would be a plus. Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel can enhance your ability to derive insights from user data. A background in product management or a related field can also be beneficial, as it allows you to better understand the product lifecycle and the impact of analytics on strategic decisions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with Product and Engineering Teams to shape product strategy by uncovering user behavior insights that influence roadmaps and priorities. You will be responsible for running experiments to test hypotheses and validate product features, ensuring that decisions are backed by data. Your insights will help the team understand what users want and need, guiding the development of features that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. You will analyze user data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable recommendations to improve product offerings.
