What you'll do

As the QA Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the quality assurance function at Skyways. You will create systems and processes that ensure quality is integrated into every phase of the aircraft lifecycle, from development through production and delivery. Your role will involve designing quality metrics and standards that align with industry regulations and best practices.

You will work closely with engineering teams to identify quality risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them. This includes conducting thorough testing and validation of UAV systems to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members on quality standards and practices, fostering a culture of quality within the organization.

In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights that will inform product improvements. Your leadership will be key in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring that quality remains a top priority as the company scales.
