Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies. Your expertise in Java and JavaScript allows you to build robust applications that meet user needs while ensuring high performance and scalability. You are familiar with cloud-based platforms and have experience working with large datasets, which is essential for handling the complexities of data storage and retrieval.
You possess a deep understanding of database technologies, particularly MongoDB, and are comfortable working with message brokers like Kafka. Your experience with Elasticsearch enables you to implement efficient search functionalities within applications. You are a problem solver who thrives in challenging environments and can navigate complex technical issues with ease.
What you'll do
As a Full Stack Developer IV at Smarsh, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Enterprise Archive platform, a cloud-based solution that manages vast amounts of data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that enhance the user experience and improve system performance. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
You will also work on integrating various communication channels into the platform, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
