What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at Smartsheet, you will manage a team of software engineers dedicated to delivering exceptional products to our customers. Your role will involve leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to achieve high-quality software solutions.

You will collaborate with partners across the company, including product management, UX, and customer teams, to ensure that the engineering processes are efficient and effective. Establishing lean engineering practices will be a key focus, as you work to build the right product for the right problems through collaboration and rapid iteration.
