What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Freepool team, you will own the evolution of compute infrastructure at Snowflake — your responsibilities include driving initiatives that enhance performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness of compute resources. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the infrastructure meets the needs of both internal and external customers.

You will lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow in their careers — your focus will be on fostering a collaborative environment where innovation can thrive.
