What you'll do

As a Senior Manager of Technical Program Management at Snowflake, you will lead and manage a team of TPMs, coaching and mentoring them to set them up for long-term success. You will collaborate closely with leadership to define the functional ladder and performance evaluation processes within the TPM organization. Your role will involve driving process improvements across multiple teams and functions, ensuring that solutions are scalable and effective.

You will engage effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver on high business impact programs, either working alongside other TPMs or driving initiatives independently. Your adaptive leadership will be crucial in implementing processes that enable and accelerate business goals, ensuring that your team remains focused and motivated.
