What you'll do
As a Strategic Initiatives Manager at Snyk, you will be the driving force behind shaping the company's future by conceptualizing and managing large-scale transformational initiatives. You will partner closely with Team Directors to identify and sculpt impactful programs that align with company and team priorities. Your role will involve autonomously managing complex projects while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration to maximize team-wide impact.
You will be responsible for driving informed decision-making and swift execution within the Strategic Initiatives team, which is embedded in Snyk's Strategy & Operations powerhouse. Your days will be filled with leading selected projects with full autonomy, ensuring that they align with Snyk's mission to empower developers in the AI era. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, contributing to Snyk's hyper-growth.
