What you'll do

In this role, you will define the long-term architecture and strategy for AI initiatives within the independent risk organization — your leadership will guide the team in delivering best-in-class AI solutions that meet compliance requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Risk Analytics to identify key challenges and develop innovative solutions that enhance risk management capabilities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the execution of complex AI projects, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will also mentor and guide the next generation of engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. Your role will involve hands-on development, where you will actively participate in coding and prototyping AI applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
