Who you are
You have experience in monitoring and analyzing dialer operations, ensuring that campaigns run efficiently and effectively. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret dialer metrics and make recommendations for improvement. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of adhering to policy and regulatory requirements in a financial services environment.
You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with business partners, including Telephony, to ensure smooth operations. Your ability to communicate effectively helps you drive initiatives that enhance productivity and efficiency across the team. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that benefit the overall dialer operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that daily call records are received and that campaigns are started on time.
