What you'll do

As an Art Director at SoFi, you will own the end-to-end concept and design process for a variety of marketing materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and creative partners, to ensure that all visual content aligns with the brand's strategic objectives. Your role will involve brainstorming and developing creative concepts that effectively communicate the brand's message and engage customers.

You will lead design projects that span multiple products, focusing on areas such as Checking and Savings, Invest, Credit Card, and more. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards will be crucial. You will also mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow in their roles.

In addition to your design responsibilities, you will stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in AI, to enhance the creative process. You will participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative strategy of the team, ensuring that SoFi remains at the forefront of innovative marketing practices.
